3Lab Perfect Lips

More than a lip balm, this is a lip treatment.  Sunflower oil strengthens the lips' moisture barrier while antioxidants protect lips from environmental damage that leads to loss of volume over time, and potent hydrators provide a natural plumping effect.  This is a favorite of men and women since it leaves no greasy or slippery feel on the lips, and it also preps the lips perfectly for lipstick.
